Our Short Staple SAF™ is 6mm in length and absorbs aqueous fluids rapidly. It provides a good balance of gel quality and absorbency properties, particularly under load.
These shorter fibres are typically used within Airlaid Fabrics where they are blended with cellulosic and, in some cases, thermal-bondable fibres.
