Highly absorbent, cost-effective and lightweight nonwovens
Our thermobond nonwovens are cost-effective, thinner materials that still provide high levels of absorbency. They are lightweight, discrete, conformable, and can be manufactured with a number of layers to enhance performance.
These nonwoven webs can be bonded by hot air to create loftier fabrics with lower density and greater thickness, or can be passed through hot rollers or ovens to deliver a stronger, thinner structure. These fabrics range from 20-80gsm and are typically a blend of SAF™ and other fibres.
