You can also chose to arrange your own collection, you just need to select this option at checkout. In this case you will be emailed as soon as your goods are ready to be collected.
In most cases, orders received before 16.00hrs (UK time) on Monday through Friday will be shipped the next working day.
If you select a Royal Mail signed for/guaranteed or UPS courier option and you are not at your delivery address to sign for your parcel, the carrier should leave a card with instructions on how you can collect it or rearrange delivery. Please ensure you enter a valid phone number when entering your information as UPS may need this to rearrange delivery.
