Thermal Bonded Nonwoven Fabric 2740 is a 40gsm super absorbent material. It is one of our lowest gsm materials, yet still has excellent absorption capabilities.
Our Thermal Bonded Nonwovens are cost-effective, thin absorbent materials that still provide high levels of absorbency and retention – even under load.
These highly absorbent materials are ideal for use in single use as the absorbent core in period products and wound care/medical dressings. Our thermally bonded materials can also a wide range of other applications that require a lightweight absorbent solution.
All of our Thermal Bonded Nonwovens are lightweight, discrete, conformable, and can be manufactured with a number of layers to enhance performance. They all contain our Super Absorbent Fibre (SAF™) and capable of absorbing many times their own weight in liquid and locking it away.
