SUSTAINABILITY
Commitment to improving sustainability performance is a core value of our business.
We engage with all stakeholders to balance the needs of the environment, society and shareholders. Reviewing and improving our processes and operations is ongoing to ensure that all activities and business decisions are undertaken and agreed with sustainability in mind. In addition, our Senior Management Team and cross-departmental ESG steering committee have identified a number of topics that are currently key sustainability priorities – Environmental, Social and Governance – for the business.
ENVIRONMENTAL
Our commitment to the environment is a fundamental business requirement. We engage with all stakeholders to prevent harm to people and the environment.
SOCIAL
Our people are at the core of everything we do. Social Responsibility, including our commitment to people and local communities, is a given as is ensuring our values meet ethical and social obligations.
GOVERNANCE
Corporate Governance is another business fundamental. Our Code of Conduct sets out the principles by which we are bound, and where appropriate refers to the relevant supporting policies.
